You have the right to delete the personal data ExeLoop holds about you, including data received through the Meta Lead Ads integration. This page explains how.
Self-service: in-product
If you have an active account, the fastest way to delete your data is from inside the product:
- Sign in to the ExeLoop CRM
- Workspace settings → Account → Delete account
- Confirm via email
The account is deactivated immediately. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Subject line: "Data deletion request". We respond within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity.
Meta Lead Ads data
If you connected a Meta account to ExeLoop, you can disconnect it in Workspace settings → Integrations → Meta/Facebook. This stops future Lead Ads imports and removes the stored connection, including the access token and Meta app-scoped account data. You can also remove ExeLoop from your Meta/Facebook connected apps and request deletion through Meta.
If you submitted a Lead Ad form to one of our customers, that customer controls the lead record in its CRM workspace. Please ask that business to delete the record first. You may also email [email protected] with the subject line “Meta data deletion request”; include the email address or phone number submitted on the form and, if known, the Page or form name. We will verify the request and delete data in our control within 30 days, subject to applicable legal-retention requirements.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
- Contacts you uploaded
- Lead records imported from Meta Lead Ads, including form answers and lead-attribution details
- Messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email) sent through the platform
- Pipeline history and notes
- Listing data
- Payment and billing records, after the legally-required retention period
What we retain (and why)
Some data is retained longer than 30 days for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons:
- Tax invoices: 8 years (Indian Income Tax Act requirement)
- Anti-fraud audit logs: 1 year, in anonymized form (no personal identifiers)
Retained data is stored with restricted access and is not used for any other purpose.
Data exported before deletion
Before deletion, you can export everything (contacts, pipeline history, messages) as CSV. The export is available for 30 days after account deactivation.
